I was contacted by Burpengary RDA this afternoon with regards to finding a home for a beautiful natured Standardbred. "Starry" was approved for Riding for the Disabled by 3 of their instructors, but due to his size of 16.1hh, he was deemed too big for their needs. "Starry is extremely quiet, and was not phased by any of the RDA tests, passing all with flying colours. "Starry" has done many trail rides and is excellent in traffic. He was even used as a harness horse to transport food on a cart. "Starry" urgently needs to find a home as his owner can no longer keep him. Starry a 8yo Bay Standardbred Gelding, is great to shoe, float, worm, catch etc and has no vices. He would be a perfect beginners or nervous riders horse. He is located at Burpengary.
